We have prepared this outline because most automobile owners do not regularly need our services. We want to inform our customers and insurance appraisers of the way we perform collision repairs. Estimates
In preparing your damage report, we make every effort to write a thorough and comprehensive report of the damage the first time. Any shop can give a lower price by leaving out parts and overlooking damage. There is a big difference between shops, but more importantly, a big difference in the way the repair job may be done. Improper repairs can dramatically affect the value and safety of your vehicle. An estimate is just that. Occasionally hidden damage which requires more work is found after we start the repairs. If this happens, you will be notified, as will your insurance company. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, please ask us.

We have the latest technology in the automotive industry. We have all the equipment on site necessary to maintain and fix all of your vehicles needs, for both the body shop and service department.
Insurance Companies
We work well with all insurance companies and their representatives. We have found each company has a slightly different claims policy procedure, some of which are unwritten. That is the reason we printed this information for you, the vehicle owner. We have standardized and printed our guarantee and policies for your convenience and peace of mind. Insurance companies play an important part in collision repairs. Our staff will do whatever is required to speed your claim through the insurance adjustment process.

If your car is a “uni-body” automobile, it requires different and more precise repair techniques. Our facility is unique and we offer the ultimate conditions for your insurance company to inspect damage prior to repairs. We offer this service to our customers free of charge.

Please don’t ask us to include items on an estimate that are not a legitimate part of your claim. Our policy is to maintain the highest ethical standards.
