I am so super happy and pleased and grateful for the awesome work done, the kindness of your employees (Mike, Cat & Felicia) and the updates all along the way really take the guesswork out of what was going on thru the process. This was my first accident so I guess I should be happy about that but was super worrisome in the beginning if my car would ever look like it did!! One thing for sure the workmanship was spot on.

Thank you ALL again as I couldn’t be any happier than I am today with my car!! Blue baby is in the garage tho….no driving to work with it!! 

This note is to make you aware of the great people you have working at Mike's West Coast.

On Tuesday evening 5/7 my car had a problem which left me & some visiting family stranded in a local shopping mall. I called your company's number hoping to leave a message saying my car was being towed to your shop. Instead a nice woman answered telling me that she could have a tow to me in 20 minutes. Since I had already contacted AAA for a tow, she suggested that I call AAA back & give them Mike's Towing info. I did make the call & soon your driver Tommy arrived with his tow. What a pleasure Tommy was in making me feel comfort that he could take care of things. He even got me & my friends home. Then at 8:00AM the next morning Renee called me to discuss what the problem was with my car. Mid morning I again received a call from Renee telling me of the problem & that she hoped to have the car fixed & ready for me by the end of the day. I decided to rent a car just in case. So I rented from Enterprise. And again I couldn't have asked for more helpful people. Late afternoon I received a call from Renee saying the repair of my car was complete & ready for pickup. Since I had the rental car & was on my way to Tarpon Springs, I decided to leave the car overnight at Mike's. So now it's Friday & I have my car back. It was a wonderful experience dealing with your staff. I hope you will share this long story of mine with the lady who took my call, Tommy who towed the car & got us home & Renee who kept me aware of what was happening with my car.

For this reason I want you to know, from the first day I moved here, to Florida, On October 29 or 30th I have been a loyal customer of yours since my 2003 Ford F150 broke down in the parking lot of Walmart on 50. Frank, your tow truck driver, was the first employee that I met and was very helpful and kind, and we have had his assistance a couple of times. Then our first point of contact each and every time, and there have been quite a few, which is good for you, not so good for us lol, is Renee. She has always given us outstanding customer service and the part, a large part, of why we still choose to use Mike's Auto Repair as our mechanic. She always goes above and beyond to help, explain and even calm one down when needed in her friendly reassuring manner. Her quotes are always accurate and keeps me informed each step of the way. I consider her to be one of Mike's greatest assets. And lastly but not least, the mechanics that you employ are well trained and top notch. You bring the vehicle in, it gets diagnosed quickly and accurately. Then the repair is done promptly and accurately. I haven't yet and hope this doesn't jinx me, have had to bring the vehicle back a second time for the same problem that had been repaired. There aren't that many service stations with that kind of reputation, not even dealerships. So please keep this in mind and recognize your employees for their dedication and for being a part of what makes Mike's such a successful business. I'm hoping this does not fall upon deaf ears. Even let them know when they are being recognized, kindness and a pat on the back once in a while goes a long way, especially today in our economy. We all deserve a bit of praise when doing a good job.

I had a fender bender with my 2017 Honda Accord last month. I was able to drive it directly to Mike’s. Mike Tracy met me there and helped me file a claim with my insurance company and got me a rental through their onsite Enterprise franchise. In two weeks my car was back good as new. No one can tell where it was damaged. They were very thorough and kept me informed every step of the way. Many thanks to Mike and Felicia for a job well done!

I won't go anywhere else to have work done.

Our vehicle had to be flatbed towed today and we had a great experience with the driver Chris. He was there promptly and carried a great professional and personal demeanor. I even called his supervisor to make sure that he was recognized for his service.

All of us at AAA Auto Club South continually strive to achieve superior service on behalf of our Members, and Mike's Auto Towing is a key part of that service staff. You do an outstanding job in serving Members in a distressful situation, and it is truly appreciated.
